    1.Chris Arreola(US) - a joke
2.Bermane Stiverne (Canada) - when will he fight anyone of note?
    3.Denis Boytsov (Russia) - joke
4.Mariusz Wach (Poland) - tbh, hasn't done anything to be this high up
    5.Johnathon Banks (US) - same
6.Tyson Fury (GB) - about right
    7.Manuel Charr (Lebanon/Syria) - no comment
8.Seth Mitchell (US) - about right
9.Tomasz Adamek (Poland) - should be higher, I mean, he DID beat Arreola
10.Luis Ortiz (Cuba) - another joke

Suleiman is really trying hard to get Arreola to hold the belt after Vitali's gone, a couple of **** defenses, a big payday vs Wlad and it's all well for him

    It's all but signed.

And come to think of it, it is likely already signed, and Suleiman is simply waiting on Vitali to announce his retirement. :-(

Even by Suliman's standards, whereby many great fighters magically cease to exist, ranking Boytsov at #3 is absolutely ridiculous.

But there's certain rules all the same for all the ORG's. Anybody taking part in other ORG's mandatory comps, title shots drop out and lose places. Likewise high rankings are earned for actually fighting for International titles and that sort of thing.
