    Sam Peter fought Toney. Twice.

    V. Klitschko tries to override Peter's accomplishments (whether it was his right or not has been debated elsewhere).

    V. Klitschko will fight the winner of Peter-Maskaev (even if he doesn't get past Jameel McCline?)

Oliver McCall wins a title eliminator to fight the winner of the above 3 or four fighters. When will McCall fight for it? If McCline beats Klitschko, does he get to fight Maskaev? Are we looking at a potential title fight of Jameel McCline and Oliver McCall?

    We Be Crooks

Maybe we'll see a double KO in McCline-Vitali.

Both guys fall down from a punch and both guys can't get up from leg injuries.

we be ****s is better they stripped joel casamayor becuase he wanted to fight aselino frietas...he didnt even sign it was just talking.

the eliminators are rediculas at one point it looked like vitali was going to get a fight with maskaev easily till peter said...no thanks i got my carte blanche already.

they have mayorga vs delahoya when delahoya was out of action for 2 years...

IN order to get rid of his ring rust, Vitali is risking his titleshot in fighting McCline, first. Cause, if he loses, I doubt he'll get to fight the Peter Oleg winner, as someone who was just beaten won't be eligible to fight for the title. I think that is obvious..

So fighting McCline is a ballsy move for Vitali, no question.

I first thought this thread would be about Sulaiman having problems to pay Rocchigiani this year...

And suddenly Micheal Grant jumps into the ring "OH MY GOD! Both broke their ancles!"

Give it a rest! As if Vitali granted himself emeritus status! The WBC & José granted that status & they also let Peter fight 2 eliminators vs. the same fighter & they gave McCall an eliminator. It's their own mess they've created & no one else's fault.

BTW, just who here really thinks Toney, Peter or McCall for that matter really deserved to be fighting an eliminator in the first place? Be honest. They've all been fighting the tomato can express to get their shots so they should just be grateful they're even getting in line in the first place!

Yes somebody already did and that fighter won the court case.

Infact WBC was supposed to file for bancrupcy because it doesn't have enough money to pay the guy . . . but a mediation happened and WBC is now paying him on terms instead of spotcash.

Mccall deserves a shot in my opinion after peter, but would make things more interesting is for Mccall to get the winner of the Mccline/Vitali match. I think that match would be interesting to see, both our capable of beating Peter. Both our tough guys with granite chins.

I think you missed the point. I'm not mad at Vitali, I just think that the WBC will dig their own grave with this crap. McCline v. McCall does not sound like a big draw to me with PPV numbers or viewership. Give it a rest? This is the first time I brought this up.
