Not sure this does the sort of business to justify PPV. Obviously I'd rather be able to watch any fight for free; but I can also understand why something like Whyte Chisora, despite being far lower in quality, is on PPV compared to this.
It’s a tough one. You’ve got the p4p number 1 or at worst number 2 in the world. Probably an ATG already. He’s not coming over for pennies.
Surely Campbell isn't well known enough for PPV if they go that route they'll have to put some "names" on the card
They would need it to do around 250k buys to make it financially viable. I expect they will do a deal for the fight in UK with ESPN as the US TV partner. Throw a name like Chisora on the bill against Parker could even push 300-400k buys. Either that or Hearn is jockeying for position to make sure Campbell gets paid to go to the US.
