Watch Pascal-Diaconu 1 or Pascal-Froch. You don't know what you're talking about. Yes, Pascal was hurt by an uppercut from Dawson, but he very often plays possum and he had weathered the storm at the moment of the headbutt. On the other hand, Dawson had lost a lot of energy in the first half of the round and he may very well have gassed out latter (and Pascal usually closes the rounds strong).
You just proved yourself that you're never saw Pascal fight. Froch caught Pascal way more harder and several more times than him. Pascal never even went on the canvas. I'm sorry, look the replay again, Pascal has been hurt against a desperate Dawson in that round. But at the clash, he had all his sense back. Dawson gave it all in that round, if you think that he would have the same pace in the next round, it's that your a believer. Especially with that bad cut... You need to check's Pascal fight to understand how is extremely hard to get down. Beleive it or not, it's Diaconnu not Dawson who had the better chance to put him on the canvas in a fight and he didn't. You can take all the glory you want from Pascal, but there's only one real fact in that fight. It's Dawson was crying after the fight because he was extremely sad about his performance.
If you think Pascal was playing possum after that uppercut then you're freaking ******ed. But i'm not surprise you saying that cause you're a canadian. Just like Laffie is a canadaian. Why can't you guys just be unbiased for once?
WRONG. He has the right not to respect his contract if the sanctining body forces him to take another fight. It has occured several times before. Copy/paste from another post of mine: '' Wait... I remember reading somewhere Antonin Décarie have a rematch with M'Baye even though he had signed a contract with him, because the WBA demanded a fight between M'Baye and Senchenko. Could the same happen with Pascal/Dawson if the WBC demands Pascal/Hopkins II? ''
Dawson was pissed cause he wanted the fight to continue cause he knows he could stop pascal if it wasn't for the clash of heads. Dawson was beating Pascal badly and was close of stopping him. And Pascal has a history of getting tired in the late rounds.
First of, my dear little guido, I'm not ''canadaian'', I'm a Quebecer.:bart Secondly, I never said he played possum after the uppercut, but he did BEFORE. He was genuinely stunned by that punch, but he recovered very quickly. That actually comes from a training technique he uses were he spins like a top, and that makes his brain adapt to dizziness. First at the clash the round was over. So Dawson would have lose all his momentum at the begenning of the twelve, are we agree? Second, Dawson thought he might have Pascal not he knows. It's ok you believe whatever your boy is saying, but... You need to check the fifth round of Pascal/Diaconnu, if I recall correctly. Right a the end of the round before the bell Pascal's legs are totally gone/soft and guess what? 1 minute later, Diaconnu had the suprise that Pascal recovered all his senses and was back in the fight like he never get cought seriously. It's ok if you can predict the futur like Dawson was trying to do but you can't arg the history. All the odds was against Dawson if you look about history...
:goodDawson fought Pascal like a deer in headlights and lost clearly. Hopkins made his fight with Pascal much closer and arguably won. You say the 11th round but what happened in the rest of the fight? Pascal outhustled him and won clearly. If Dawson fought and didn't daydream in most of his fight with Pascal then maybe he wouldn't even want a rematch with Pascal in the first place and Hopkins would go back to avoiding him. It's Dawson's fault he didn't perform when he had the opportunity.
Lmfao @ you think that picture is a tranny. You never see a real life female before besides your mom?
Dawson-Pascal 2 will happen, Chad is HBO's fighter now and I have no doubt Manny Stewart is already started politicking HBO's power brokers to throw down the cash for this fight. Bernard is just going to have to wait his turn, and we'll see if he runs from a showdown with Dawson.
Pascal choices are : 1- Accept the WBC decision and be sued by Dawson 2- Reject the WBC decision and get stripped off his title ...wow! Talk about a lost-lost situation! WBC should let Pascal vs Dawson (even if nobody cares about that fight) and tell the winner to face Hopkins
They can't sue him, he's not responsible... But they can probably sue the WBC if they think it's worth it.
Just rewatch the fight man. You are wrong. Pascal had recovered. It is of course possible that Dawson could have shaken him again but the contrary is also possible. Don't talk of brain, it's not at your advantage.
