You can't get knocked down twice, not doing anything significant for several rounds,, fail to beat the count and then claim victory.

Wilder knocked him out and it will now be more violent end for fury in the rematch. Mark my words.

Listen to how relieved Fury is in the post fight interview that he still has all his faculties in tact and how thankful is to Jack Reiss for being there for him..

 

He didn't "knock Fury out" as you like to claim.

He knocked him down, that is all. Fury got up both times, hence he was not "knocked out".

 

It was a TKO.

 

Fury will be better for the rematch and he will give Wilder a clowning of galactic proportions.

Wilder thought he was cherry picking a garbage version of Fury (and so did i tbh) and he got a boxing lesson.

A fully-worked-up Fury will take him to the cleaners.

Wilder's only hope is to change coach and actually learn to box.

Has fate will have it Wilder will knockout Fury mark my words and then we will have a trilogy with Fury claiming he got robbed the first fight and needs to chance to avenge that. Sucks for HW but the real fight should be Fury vs AJ.

Its obvious WBC rigged the first fight so they have a rematch, WBC are a disgusting POS org.

 

With all due respect, who cares? Lineal Champ vs WBC Champ is what the public wanna see. Breazeale is yet to beat anyone of real note, so not like he has beaten a number of good contenders to get to a mandatory position.

Did Fury really earn the title shot with Wilder so early, No.

Did he prove he was more than able once he did get in the squared circle with Wilder, Yes.

I do stand by viewpoint that of the two, it will be Wilder who can improve on their performance more than Fury, yes Fury might be in better shape next time, but cannot see his boxing skills/approach will be improved upon as frankly he schooled Wilder in skills dept.

Wilder however has many areas where improvement can be made, many of them are the basics, up till now those boxing deficits have not affected the outcome of fights, his murderous right fist having been his insurance policy, but now is the day of reckoning, this fight proved that boxers will not necessarily stay down when the bomb squad comes calling.
