I like Garcia as a physical specimen but I don’t know what sort of boxing intelligence or heart he has when it matters. He looked a bit low iq in his last fight but it was against someone just trying to survive. Cruz will be looking to attack so it will be a different fight. Exciting fight, I’d lean towards Garcia winning an uncomfortable close points decision.
I like Cruz in this fight. I just think he's mentally tougher and he'll want it more. This could turn into a repeat of Maidana/Ortiz.
Very good fight. A test for Ryan and a common opponent with Davis to gauge a potential fight in the future.
