WBC orders Oleksandr Gvozdyk vs Marcus Browne

Does this me a Adonis is being stripped or is he being upgraded to the champion king?

Gvodsyk won't take it if its an eliminator, he is in line for a wbo shot.
This is sheer politics by the wbc give Browne a shot against someone who doesn't even want the fight as he has better options then let him face a can

 

Then what's this ? An eliminator?

For one no one in their right mind should fight in a wbc eliminator , the last 175 SBC mandatory has been waiting 2 years plus for he's shot. And the ABC can decide at any time that it wasn't a real final eliminator and push a more favoured fighter into a real final eliminator and leave u hanging.

Added to that gvodsyk is in line an actual title shot with the wbo he would be insane to pass that up for a final eliminator with the wbc.

No this is all a ploy to gaurentee Browne is the next mandatory, he will end up fighting a can for that right

 

Maybe, or maybe the wbc will force Alvarez to face Browne in another final eliminator

Good fight to make Browne can be dangerous but even though the Nail didn't look great in his last fight he will probably beat Browne.

How come that Browne hasn't had a 12 round fight so far? He had 20 bouts and not a single one was scheduled for 12 rounds. The guy has a stamina problem, or what?

 

Thread title should be: The WBC just put a hit out on Browne.

 

He's not going to wait that long. This is three or four rounds tops.
