I wanted to see Wilder get his chance off the back but u know, he doesnt deserve it yet. His door is open to fighting somebody, hopefully highly ranked and get his shot in the summer.

Question is Stiverne is in a dispute with Don King so if that takes to long then Wilder might fight Arreola, we just should wait and see.

I think Arreola got caught of guard of and took Stiverne lightly. I think Arreola can get him in a rematch, he looked good in his last fight (I know Mitchell anit that good) so lets see what happens. rooting for Chris, who you got??

Chris got man handled and outboxed, I don't see the result being any different. It's one thing if Stiverne got a slight edge on him in toughness in a war of punches and straight ahead slugging/brawling, which could possibly swing in Arreolas favour next time with a little more dedication and focus, but to get outboxed like that is a different story.

Arreola takes this by KO. This time without a broken nose.

Arreola got outboxed every round of the fight. This had little to do with a broken nose.

WBC loves latinos eh. Areolla doesn't deserve this title shot, but then again, who does.

I said it before. Arreola was winning the bout before breaking his nose on 4 different places. It was a superb hook from Stiverne that caught him. It can happen anytime, but it won't happen again!

    No surprise there.

At least we can be happy Wilder doesn't get the shot.
Won't be surprised if Arreola takes it this time out.

Seems Stiverne and King reached an agreement this week and he is good to go against Arreola.

Looks like Schaefer wants to pay Arreola to step aside so he can make Wilder-Stiverne with the winner to face Arreola but Arreola's promoter isn't on board with that idea.

I'll go with Arreola in a rematch. I believe Arreola is serious and wants to win a title and make history before retirement. Hopefully he won't have to run into Wladimir to get the WBC belt. :yep

Stiverne, should be ordered the title automatically. He earned it. Then make his defense against the more deserving challengers.

How many times has Arreola broken his nose in fights? it seems like its a regular occurance I could be wrong I just feel like it breaks more than it doesn't...

I really can't see what Arreola can do to alter the fight second time around. He hit Stiverne with his best shots and it had little effect and I can't see him out boxing Stiverne. It wasn't a close fight, Arreola won 2-3 rounds and was then dominated for the rest of the fight.

Stiverne showed he had the power to hurt and drop Arreola with a single shot and that will always make it difficult for Arreola to just walk in like he usually does. All he can really do is be more aggressive and active and that will just see him more likely walk in to bombs and even get stopped.

Only positive this time around is that Stiverne has been inactive for so long and might be rusty. Arreola's only hope is for Stiverne to show up in terrible shape so he won't have the work rate or agility to out box Arreola.

Have you seen the size of that nose? Of course it's going to break.

If his opponents try to hit him on the chin, they hit the nose. If they try to hook him to body, they hit the nose. If they throw a low blow, they hit him on the nose. If they miss, they hit him on the nose. If they try to hit the nose, the universe will collapse in on itself.
