Fury will sit ringside for AJ-OU & then jump up into the ring, grab the microphone, get right in the winner's face and talk about how he can crush him & he's nothing but a bum and he'll knock him out spark out, make various statements about his mother's womb, then exit the ring to the roaring of a crowd that is all excited and pumped up for the fight.........

Ok, a guy can dream, can't he?

If Fury wants to retire with a shitty resume and never facing his UK rival...that's his lame weak-ass business.

Better then Parker and Joyce fight for the WBC, so the winner with the winner of the Usyk Vs AJ 2 fight for the undisputed champion.

In any case, I don't believe that Fury will retire until someone else becomes WBC champion.

The same man that beat the American best twice and it should have been three times apart from the controversial draw !

Four of The Ring Magazine's top 10 HWs hail from the tiny majestic isle of Great Britain with its minuscule population.

You could literally spend months travelling the length and breadth of the country and never meet someone who has boxed before

More chance of seeing a snow leopard in the wild over here than there is of stumbling across a boxing gym in most cities in the UK

Can they strip him already and give the belt to someone who has the stones to fight Usyk/Aj??

Disappointed but not surprised. I said after Wilder 3 that he had max 1-2 fights left and 2022 would be his last. He won that fight but took a career-altering amount of punishment.

    Well we shall see.

Nobody but me will care, but Usyk-AJ is now lineal. The winner of that one will be the new king. I'm sure it's not on purpose, but Fury has made way for a new true-champion to be crowned next weekend.

If he fights the winner in 2023 he's still the lineal, imo. I don't base these things based on what they say but rather the full context. If he were to get off his couch in 2025, I would agree. Or if someone were severely injured and clearly could no longer continue.

But Fury is so unreliable, I won't believe he's retired and no longer lineal unless he turns down the monstrous payday of fighting the winner.
