    How is it a different standard?

    Cotto or Mosley vs Pac is different because Pac has established that he can fight at a higher weight. Not only that but the known WWs would be moving down TOWARDS a weight where they'd be at a disadvantage (we've seen Cotto smacked around at LWW) so where exactly is the double standard? This isn't a career 130-135 lber coming up to 147 on a one shot, this is a guy whose establishing himself as a legit 140 lb beast going up a few lbs to take on a WW out of their environemnt.

    On top of this can you name one instance where this "double standard" has come up? The only POSSIBLE one I can think of Floyd vs Baldomir and Cotto vs Jennings but not even Cotto liked that fight. It's not like he tried to hide his disdain for it.

    I think sometimes you guys make up "double standards" when the bull**** is pointed out.

    Like all the talks about how Pacquiao/DLH will be the biggest mismatch ever.

    Did i read that article correctly? They made Floyd champion emeritus? So suliman is pissed because he cant collect fees from this fight because of the catchweight.

    My point is pretty much the same. Especially since you're not the only one thinking that way. This needs to be slapped down before it grows into fact.

    I believe (although I may be wrong) Floyd is Champion Emeritus at LMW amazingly enough.

    The fact that Sulaiman hates the fight, makes me automatically like it.
    The next time I see Sulaiman's name, I want it to be in the headline;
    "WBC President dies choking on a fat man's semen"

    As you guys have said above,if this was for a WBC belt he would be hyping it.As its not,instead of staying neutral he has to criticise it.
    God i hate that organisation.

    Oh this fight is a mis match and Jose wants to stomp his feet about it, DLH PAC was a mismatch as well (even though the Oscar got his ass whipped) DLH has fought as high as a middleweight and Pac started at 106.

    I think they want to scrap this fight and put together Mayweather vs Pac

    How the **** can Mayweather vs Marquez be a mismatch and Mayweather vs Pacquiao not be a mismatch?

    Marquez is the naturally bigger guy and based on how evenly matched they are it's possile that Marquez could have beaten De La Hoya and Hatton too.
