Small history of the obligatory challengers of Wilder:
    - Wilder takes the title in January 2015.
    - Povetkin is named challenger mandatory in 2016. The fight is over for the reasons that we know.
    - At the end of 2017, the WBC comes out of its Stiverne hat as mandatory challenger. He had done nothing since his defeat against Wilder almost three years ago.
    - 2019, the WBC names Breazeale challenger while he is 4th in their rankings. Behind Whyte (1st in their rankings for at least a year), Fury (who drew against the champion) and Ortiz.

    - Stiverne wasn't just pulled out of a hat. They were feeding him to Povetkin so he could earn back his mandatory after he failed a ped test. In other words , the WBC gave him a second chance even after a failed test.

Stivernce got the mandatory challenge by default after Povetkin popped dirty a second time for a different ped.

    - Brazelley is named challenger mandatory after Fury apparently postponed the rematch.
