Don King is the one who wanted to stop Vitali from fighting Maskaev, Peter would have made a fortune for that fight, and step aside money for doing nothing also, yet Don King did not want that, he wanted Peter to wait until September after saying he could not wait until September, plus, Maskaev had until August to fight Peter, however, Don King is afraid of Vitali and Vlad.

I completely disagree with you. Why should he be awarded the title without a fight? If Maskaev refuses than he needs to fight Vitaly. If Vitaly is not available then he needs to fight the #2 guy with the winner facing Vitaly.

Actually, Oleg has some ground to stand on here.....

1. He has every right to appeal the WBC's adjusting of the purse bid split. Basically, the WBC decided to take money from Oleg, and hand it to Peter. Who the f*ck is Peter that standard purse bid splits shouldn't apply to him?

2. Peter's promoter (Duva), defaulted on the purse bid, so it fell to King for less money. I suppose this is Oleg's fault too?
