WBC has totally ruined Povetkin's career. They wanted just to protect Deontay Wilder and Povetkin just didn't fit the game 'cause Povetkin is all wrong for Wilder. Meldonium does very little in combat sports, so its all just conspiracy by WBC to ruin Alexander Povetkin. Its injustice.

Well, Povetkin filed an appeal, so we will see.

Look, I love Sasha and I think he's a great fighter ... but he's the one that was messing around with banned substances.

I defended him during the Meldonium saga, because it seemed plausible that the tiny traces were from pre-ban use, but testing hot for Ostarine after that makes me wonder how innocent he was to begin with. A guy with as much talent as he has shouldn't be resorting to pills for an advantage. He's potentially one of the top 3 HW fighters right now. Maybe the best for all we know.

He has himself to blame thus far and I agree that he would have demolished Wilder like Nichols demolishes a hamburger.

Povetkin's got nobody to blame but himself. Wasted Deontay's time period.

    Dope has ruined many lives.

Sometimes life ruins a dope. Which is the case here.

    Say no to drugs, Povetkin.

The same drugs that made Povetkin's career ruined his career.

I was thinking the same, didn't Povetkin go from having modest power for the first half of his career then suddenly turned into an aggressive, mallet-handed, wrecking machine? But I believe everybody at the top is jumping on all kinds of 'supplements' so I don't really care.

You're a weird dude. You really are. Why will the WBC go out of their way to frame a boxer to protect another boxer that no one knows or cares about in America?
You know what, scratch that. You're a ****ing idiot!

There were no steroids, Not according to European labs. the one in LA . I think that it was a conspiracy. I think that part of it was political. same with the Ward and Kov decision. Kovalev should fight in New York or Jersey only.

He is innocent. WBC and Al Haymon dont want him to become champ and messed with his drug tests. They did know very well that Povetkin would destroy Wilder any day of the week.

I want to side with Povetkin, I really do, but if he was so innocent then he should have sued for sabotage and defamation. He would have won the court case and destroyed Wilder and his peoples credibility, including the boxing infrastructure that supports him if evidence was found that the WBC or any Wilder ally was tampering with the drug results. It would have been big news had it happened, but Povetkin doesnt have a leg to stand on, which is why he doesnt care to do any damage control.
