Blood vessels belong to the circulatory system that transport blood,those lines inside your body that are like tiny roads which blood travels in, you cannot build new blood vessels you idiot. You can on the other hand build new red blood cells which help improve circulation, and make these red blood cells live longer. Foods that I mention do so. You are not a doctor, a doctor would have known the difference between red blood cells and blood vessels. By the way, I am messing with you.

Red blood cells does NOT equal Blood vessels. There is a difference between reparations and building new. Exercise and healthy foods can do the same.
