Another one of Boxing's many bs titles, I can get over the IBF, WBA, WBC and even WBO but some of these titles are so fricking stupid it is surreal I actually cannot believe that these guys actually go ahead and do it.

I just read an interview with Jhonny Gonzales where he says that he is over the moon about winning his second world title and that anyone that thinks the IBO isn't a world title doesn't know what they're talking about :patsch

And how about Scott Quigg going for his first title, the WBA International WATF why would you pay for such bs what does it even mean what does he gain from getting this title.

  2. If the WBA can have Regular and Super Champions then the WBC should be allowed to have a Silver Champion too, it's only fair.

Dont forget a light-middleweight title fight at 151(?), where neither lads has really earned it

You wait until they start a "Masters" title where they wheel out old champions to roll back the years.

The vast majority of world titles are bs nowadays. Mayweather should have been given far more credit for refusing to pay the sanctioning fee for the mosley fight. If Pacquaio did the same thing he would be hailed as the savior of boxing and the best fighter since juilus cesar

This title **** just gets me down.

Prime example out of left field is this:

The Fighter a movie about Irish Micky Ward does not end with the thing he is most remembered for, the Gatti trilogy, no this movie ends with the Neary fight, why? because in it he won the WBU belt and therefore Hollywood can sell this story as an underdog story of a guy who comes from nothing to win the World Title

    WBU, ****ing dog****
