    WBC to honor Pacman, Vitali

    This photo is a model taken from the fist of Mike Tyson, which in the future will be presented by the WBC to the boxer of the year and champion of the year. This year the ceremony will be held on June 5th in Acapulco, Mexico. The Boxer of the Year as elected by the WBC is Manny Pacquiao. The Champion of the Year as elected by the WBC is Vitali Klitschko. Other winners will be announced.

    I'm guessing a "popular" boxer will again cry why this and that organization is giving awards to "undeserving" boxers. LOL :rofl

    I think it would be badass for a Fighter on the elite level to turn down Belts and Awards.

    If Wlad were to unify, or anyone Champion in their division, I think they should gather them up, and leave them on the table.

    Forget Belts; just fight the best out there.

    No. There's a reason why Wlad is collecting all the belts. That is so that all roads will lead to him.

    The reason why Haye didn't go straight to Wlad was because another belt existed.

    Fighters will have an excuse to aim for the belts rather than the champion.

    "The champion has no belts, he can wait when I get my own belt."
