I don't think it's a world title by any stretch. The winner won't really be "reigning WBC Diamond WW champion". I think it's more of an award. But without any kind of legitimacy since they've only handed 1 out before.

The fight is still technically for the WBA title right? But it'll just be vacated if Mayweather wins?
