    Apparently it's for Lockett and for Hopkins that he has to pay them, even though Hopkins was not a title fight...:huh

    Middle:
    Kelly Pavlik has also not paid his past sanctioning fees from both the optional defense against Gary Lockett and the catchweight fight versus Bernard Hopkins. The 15 day deadline will apply for Pavlik to pay, lest he be stripped of his title. His mandatory is Marco Antonio Rubio.

    Doesn't surprise me one bit. **** 'em, he should ditch their belt and fight Abraham anyway, rather than some can as a mandatory. Wouldn't that be awesome.

    Makes no sense that he would have to pay sancitioning fees in a non-title fight.
