    How can they justify a title shot for barrios? I'm guessing there trying to find an easiest route possible for morales to become the first 4 division Mexican champion

    Im honestly just as baffled as you are. Although the WBC historically have always given preferential treatment to formers stars of Morales ilk that have held their belts especially at multiple weights. They actually have Morales ranked at number 3. But how can Bradley become a champion in recess and Morales fight for the full title?

    I always thought if a champion was put in recess it meant he was injured ala vitali klitschko/mikkel Kessler but bradley is perfectly healthly! I wonder what the fighters ranked number 1 and 2 are thinking if this happens? Won't be the first time though the WBC did the same with there light middleweight belt by sanctioned margarito Vs pacquiao then Alvarez Vs M.hatton which meant Rhodes had to wait 12-18 months to finally get his shot!

    If a champion is in recess then the WBC can sanction an Interim title. In this case Sulaiman is saying Morales can fight for the full title. How is that possible unless he promotes Bradley to an Emeritus champ? Even so he does not qualify for Emeritus and thus the WBC won't promote him to that. Just sounds like one big F'in mess with that useless cretin Jose making up **** as he goes along.
