According to WBC president Sulaiman, Wilder will not be allowed to make another voluntary defense of his WBC heavyweight title. His next fight will have to be against mandatory challenger Alexander Povetkin.

Povetkin may be a tad better than Stiverne, but there's no way he'll defeat The Bronze Bomber. Remember both combatants will undergo strict and random drug testing. :yep

Can't wait to see Wilder prove all of his doubters wrong once again!

Povetkin is a very good HW. I would not be surprised to see him KO Wilder and that has nothing to do with Wilder's chin. I just think Povetkin is better because he has been in the ring with significantly better fighters than Wilder has over a long period of time.

If Povetkin continues his form and stops Wach and looks impressive, Wilder is so toast.

It's a bit surprising, but I'm very pleased with that.

I predict either a Povetkin KO, or Wilder as the first PBC and former WBC champ.

Povetkin deserves to be the favorite, but I think I would pick Wilder. I've always picked against Wilder in step up matches and I've always been wrong. Plus I'd rather see Wlad Wilder unification than Wlad Povetkin (jeez, how could anyone want to see that again).

I think Povetkin clocks him and chin checks the **** out of him. Can't pick a winner but I'd lean towards Povetkin.

I want Povetkin to win merely because I don't want to watch Wilder fighting random bums for another year. Other than that it's a closer match up than most people anticipate with Wilder having the edge in my opinion.

Wilder may be outbid by Povetkins people so if the fight goes to Russia-I will take the Commie to beat Wilder. If in the US-then it's Wilder by decision.

Povetkin KO mid rounds despite being behind on the cards but I wouldn't be surprised by any result to be honest. Think its going to be the bigger men like Fury, Klitschko and AJ that will trouble Wilder the most.

Povetkin for me. I'm still not sold on Wilder being anything above bang average. Beating Povetkin would shut me - and just about anyone else - up though.

It should be a good fight. It could go either way. Good fight for Heavyweight Boxing.

Chances are 99-1% in favor of Povetkin. Wilder is death man walking, mark my words !!!
Povetkin via KO inside 6 rounds.
Povetkin not only will KO Wilder, he will outbox him for sure. But im not so sure if Wilder chin can stand to the punch or will go down after first solid punch by Sasha.

If Povetkin KO's Wach, Wilder will vacate the title.

I picked Povetkin and I do expect him to win by KO. More accurate puncher and superior footwork and competition level. 75-25 odds for me. Alexander the fave
