Munguia is still all up in Juarez's ****, landing hooks, loopers, and uppers on the bigger man. Juarez is letting himself get pushed back to the ropes and poking out jabs and rights but not holding Munguia off. Hooks get him in even worse trouble as Munguia ducks underneath and digs at the body. Wild overhand rights by Munguia somehow score. Wow. Juarez is just wide open for everything.

Round 4

A bit of trading in the middle of the ring, and time out is called. Juarez needs his gum shield replaced. Munguia gets inside and digs at the body. Big right uppercut up close by Munguia. Juarez loses his mouthpiece again. He grins about it self-consciously. Munguia is getting to him, though. Giving up maybe four, five inches of height - Munguia is taking a territorial **** all over Juarez's face. Big looping rights and left hooks by Munguia, leaving himself open to all counters but still getting the best of the exchanges as his power and persistence force Juarez back to the ropes. Juarez leans back against them, then lurches forward into a big left hook to the temple that has him momentarily wobbling. The crowd thinks they smell blood but Juarez is OK. He leans into Munguia and taps him on the body. They trade shots up close, uppers from Munguia and body flurries by Juarez reaching down.

The second time it was knocked out physically by an uppercut, which was clear from a replay.

The first, I dunno. Could have been intentionally done as a stalling tactic, or not. I didn't catch it in real time and they didn't show it in slo-mo.

 

Uh, WTF?

Did the WBC stream just crap out for anybody else???

Round 5

Foreheads grinding together, trading body shots. Munguia is throwing a bit more but Juarez is getting his licks in. Munguia is landing unanswered right jabs up close. Juarez is reaching down and spanking the side of Munguia's body. Good overhand lefts and rights by Munguia. It looks like Munguia was still landing the better stuff just through sheer volume and forcefulness from the minute-plus I saw..

I'll go out on a limb and say 10-9 Munguia, and therefore 50-45 Munguia
