some points: there is no such thing as a P4P championship and if there was it certainly could not be exchanged by simply beating the so called mythical P4P champion. The WBO belt does not even count. It is not even recognized by the IBHOF as a legitimate World Championship.

Catchweights should never be for title's, end of. If Pacman wants to win the wbo welterweight title then he should have no problem with fighting at the normal welterweight limit.
Cotto must be scared. There's no other explanation really. I don't care what weight the fight is at, as long as they weigh within the Welterweight limit, the title should be on the line. I have yet to hear a valid excuse for Cotto on this one. Kinda sad, aint it?
What's the reason why cotto doesn't want to put his title on this fight. Cotto offered the catweight of 145 and pac conceded to it. and it's within the welterweight limit. He wanted the money & fame slips just because of that title. he seems not so confident enough with this fight.
