    the overall reception to the new name was positive and the board unanimously voted to approve WBO Global as the newest regional belt.

    WBA are apparently looking into creating a WBA gold title for Groves v Chudinov if that happens again.

    Not sure where that would stand in the rankings of WBA titles, maybes better than regular but not as good as super.

    :lol: Please tell me you made that up.
    It's like the WBC creating new belts for every big fight. They even made a belt for the KSI youtube fight.

    And if you check boxrec, you can see that there are a ton more minor belts. I think the WBC had close to 30 active belts one year.

    I read it on another site but its the WBA so I have no reason to doubt its 100% legit.

    Yeah there's **** loads but couldn't be bothered to find them all, the main two are the worse by a long shot.

    We should see what belt we could get to sanction a fight between two debutant forum members. One of these joke orgs would surely go for it.
