The WBO has officially ordered Joshua Buatsi against Anthony Yarde for its interim light heavyweight belt following the postponement of Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol's clash for the undisputed championship.
This is probably the most intriguing domestic clash that can be made for us, we've been wanting it for years now so hopefully we get to see it before the years out.
Well I'm not sure the answer to that question. But if it's at the O2 or even Wembley I'll be trying to get tickets.
Looking forward to seeing Yarde take Bumatsi out in spectacular style here Although as far as Bumatsi is concerned we will believe the fight is on once he enters the ring. It has been a couple of times now where he was meant to step up, but picked up a mysterious injury which meant the fight was cancelled. These mysterious injuries never happen when he is due to fight a bum.
Yeah this is my feeling too, I don’t like Yarde particularly but he’s backed himself, fought Kovaleve away and gave a good account of himself. It’s not really as interesting as it sounds though because Buatsi has done very little in progressing into world level.
