Sounds like the deal is done and Ruiz will face Parker on Dec 27 in Auckland for the WBO title.

    Your thoughts?

Parker easy win.....but can only be done if Wlad takes the AJ fight....or takes the WBA route or else it is him against Parker.

Ruiz will no doubt enjoy a nice big Christmas dinner before getting KTFO. I think this is easy work for Parker. Hopefully it doesn't put off a clash with Joshua for too long. If he can get past Wlad that is.

Good fight, Ruiz will get outgunned.
    Parker's management delivers again.

Decent enough fight. Title may not be on the line though seems like WBO might set up a 4 man tournament, but I suspect it will be for the title no guarantee the WBO can get all 4 fighters to agree as it isn't exactly the most prestigious belt.

Ruiz Jr might make it entertaining early as he does have quick hands and decent power but he's up against one of the few guys that can match him in that regard. Both are pretty easy to hit but Parker's size advantage and far superior shape will see him come out on top.

If Parker wins I think he will look to unify. Exciting times.

I would like to see Parker against AJ, Wlad or Fury after this run of the mill defence.

He needs to be fighting the top dogs in the division.

A fit Ruiz  could make the fight interesting. I think Parker stops Ruiz late

If he wins the WBO then Parker may indeed chase those unifying fights.
