Good fight. I favor Andrade, but Korobov is skilled enough to win by decision or KO.

It's a 60/40 fight. Korobov is also a southpaw like Andrade and Andrade won't enjoy the advantages he normally enjoys.

    Can't wait for this fight.

I like this fight and the winner becomes a good opponent for a title unification with Golovkin, who is in need of quality opponents.

Neither Andrade or Saunders have done a whole lot to fight for a title(Korobov as well) but atleast Andrade has one good win and a jr middleweight title.

Saunders has a few minor wins and no major title so Andrade getting the shot over him seems ok.

I'd guess the winner of Korobov-Andrade has to face Saunders in their first defense anyways, unless a unification fight can be made, so most likely Saunders gets his shot soon enough.

Good fight, Andrade is 6'1? He should make MW no problem, so should Canelo who's been coming in at 170lb to his fights.

    Stop ducking GGG!!

Finding HBO guys at 154 that HBO actually cares to televise a bout with and who want a tough low paying fight is difficult. 154 is a bad weight for an HBO guy, 160 is a much better business decision.

HBO will offer nice TV package to a friendly promoter 160 title holder as long as they agree to unify title with other HBO title holders. (GGG) HBO approved 160 guys are also relatively easy to come by. Andrade doesnt want to sit on the shelf, but its hard for a guy with a smaller promoter if a network wont back you. At 160 he will get HBO backing.

Andrade was running his mouth on twitter when Rubio was announced as GGG's opponent.
If Andrade beats Korobov, I hope he intends to unify belts so GGG doesn't have to fight "bums"(Andrade's words) anymore.

I do not like Andrade. He is a tyical Murican, long on mouth and short on action. Yet gets all the breaks from the powers that be in the sport.

Vanes dropped him, he wouldn't make it out of Round 1 against GGG.

If Andrade has the WBO belt at 160lbs, then it's open season.
I'd love to see him unify with GGG especially after the dumb **** he was saying on twitter.
Andrade is going to get his jaw turned into a jigsaw puzzle at MW by somebody...might as well be Golovkin.

Didnt like Andrade for the longest time, but he made me a fan with the Martirosyan fight.

Glad he's getting this opportunity....and with no ducking promoters to hide him, he might actually become the CLEAR #2 at MW.:think

Really? Wow. Well... if he gets a 160 title, I am sure Golovkin will give him a chance to back up his words.

Kind of funny, because back in July I seem to recall Andrade being asked about Golovkin, and kind of dancing around the topic... like "well.. I suppose.. maybe.. for right opportunity with GGG, someday... cause I do want to fight the best but.. "

I think he is just tired of being on the shelf, fighting two times a year with no big name opponent in sight.
