And then has to be gaslit by the organization that was sanctioning the whole affair, with a kangaroo tribunal for show, denying that his team even has grounds for a grievance. :shakehead:

The tin-pot Latin American outfit that is the WBO can't even do a re-score properly.

What I want to know is what were the scores of the five individual re-score judges?

The aggregated mathematical mumbo-jumbo the WBO has published means nothing.

Let's see the scorecards of the five re-score judges & see how many of them had Mungo finishing in front.

What actually happened a fortnight ago was a scrubber from Ireland fighting out of Australia traveled half-way around the world & beat Mexican Mungo's arse in front of his own countrymen.

That's what happened even if the WBO wants to pretend otherwise.

Munguia vs Hogan wasn't that bad of a decision.

Munguia should change trainers and fight Hogan. He should beat Hogan. He has size, reach and power. He needs to learn to throw straight punches and learn to keep his guard up. If he can't do these two things then his career will be over shortly anyway. If he can do those two things then he probably beats Hogan. He has natural advantages but zero skill. I enjoy watching him b/c he's such a raw unfinished fighter but I've hoped to see him improve which he hasn't.

Gotta love how boxing routinely punishes underdogs who have the gall to flip the script and make the money fighter look bad.

Sometimes I hate that I'm a fan of this sport, which takes special pride in treating its athletes and fans like trash.

I struggle to think of anything within Boxing that sickens me in my stomach more than a robbery being called out. Underdog or shock winners is one of the greatest thing in any sport and blatant corruption is taking that out of the sport. Its truly horrible.

It was a bad decision, for the precise opposite reason of the WBO review panel's ruling.

    Hogan won seven clear rounds.

Mungia should have took it upon himself to grant the man his rematch. Its easy to take the "win" and run.

Enough appreciation isn't given to guys who take immediate rematches to disputed decisions because they want to set the record straight.
Ward and Canelo didn't get much credit for facing their bogeymen a second time.

Exactly, if there was that much doubt, be a man about it.

I have been saying this for a long time! Alcazar is hurting Mungia!!! Mungia should go train with Robert Garcia or Freddie roach!

Alcázar is a good trainer, he molded ODLH. The problem is Jaime, he's a dunce.

Oscar was a once in a generation talent!!! Alcázar cost Oscar some fights like the 1st Mosley fight and possibly the Trinidad fight!!!
