Agreed, I think his first win over Yamanaka should have been changed to a no contest. Look how it plays out, he claims innocence so the WBC give him a pass. But also order a rematch with strict testing, and lo and behold Nery misses weight by 5 freaking pounds. For Bantamweights that a huge mark to miss by, and it screams he using using PED's or whatever illegal substance to help him cut weight and god knows what else.
