"Now, you thousands of hostile Turks, put your 'Welcome to Hell' signs down and respect the superiority - and that's what they did, these same guys were asking me for a picture. " CEJ definitely has that swagger.
I've got Eubank buy decision or late TKO.I think he'll wear Groves down with the fast pace he'll set. The only way I think Groves can win is by KO.
I like Saint George, but to be frank I don't think he possesses a single glittering performance against one very good opponent with a pulse since the pair of Froch losses. Rebrasse, Douglin, Luisa, Brophy, Murray, Gutknecht, Chudinov, and Cox - all either ragtag fringe Euro level and/or shopworn, or he didn't look too hot against them (in some cases an understatement), or both. I think Eubank, who is on a marked incline ever since he fought BJS, is just on another level from him right now.
Eubanks Jr. is sharper and faster than Groves. His stamina is also a bit better. Groves may look good for a few rounds, but he's going to get hurt in the middle to late rounds. I'm favoring CEJ to win this by late TKO.
If Eubank wins this fight and then goes on to win the tournament, the haters will jump on the bandwagon
Saunders beat Eubank, so Groves can also, but I really don't know enough to pick a winner...............not of this fight...............
Yeah that's how I see it. Groves power is his biggest weapon and the one thing along with the speed to deliver than power that could win him the fight. Only way Groves wins a decision is if that power see's CEJ stand off and just try and last the distance. When Groves has easily won decisions it's when he's had opponents stand off from him, give him space to work, because when forced onto the back foot, Groves lack of actual boxing ability is sorely exposed, he's easily pressured and forced into fire fights.
