We’re the refs in the first two Fury fights biased?

In the first fight the ref counted to 9 and then let him continue which usually never happens. In the second fight Fury knocked Wilder down by punching him in the back of the head and the ref allowed it despite Wilder’s protests. The ref also deducted a point from Wilder for holding despite Fury having done more holding than Wilder. Nothing sketchy happened in the third fight. Personally I don’t think they were biased but I’ve definitely seem some accusers and I think they may have some valid points.

No, first red did a great job and Bayless in the second was heavily biased towards Wilder.

The KD was not a back of the mind shot. It landed on the ear and then seeing as most people's heads are solid objects, yes even that brainless dope The Dosser's, the glove then skimmed around the back of the mind.

And it was comical watching The Dosser have a whinge about it considering he's the rabbit punch king. Hell, half the KDs he score against Fury were back of the mind shots.

The Dosser is so dumb he actually accused Ken-Bay of batting for Team Fury when he was clearly batting hard for him. Ken-Bay looked mortified when Fury dropped The Dosser the first time.

1st bout - Jack Riess did a fantastic job with his counts & controlling the fight - You barely knew he was there, a sign of a great referee.

2nd fight - Bayless was biased to Wilder taking nonsense points and breaking the clinches POORLY, he had little control. His poor breaks & CONFLICTING instructions actually hurt Wilder more and saved him a few times. He jumped in to break the fight when there was no need but to save Wilder, it was hilarious.

3rd fight - Russell Mora was giving very slow 10 counts for BOTH fighters, he was trying to be very clear communicating his count to badly hurt fighters. This is at his discretion, it's a 10 count not a 10 second count. He knew how big a fight it was and had to give both men EVERY opportunity to continue.

I’m pretty sure Fury was deducted a point in the 2nd fight

The punch to the back of the head you refer to in the second fight was literally a straight right from Fury. Wilder had got himself into terrible position on the ropes. If you start punishing that you'll just see boxers turn side on when in trouble so their opponent can't get any legal punches off.
