There is only one thing that Floyd shouldn't do with Manny and that's to engage him up close on the ropes. If Floyd backs Manny to the ropes he should engage him just as he did Canelo because Pac is very dangerous in those situations.

it is mind conditioning. he can become aggressive as it is the only way he can beat pac so he has to develop his power to finish him off the soonest. it is the best defense for an offensive fighter like pac. if he can not make him gun shy, he will get hit anytime and one shot sometimes changes the game instantly. they know this hence ariza was taken on board and hanging around with memo so they can get the secret marquez formula. he has everything to lose so he needs to have the maximum advantage he can get, legal or otherwise if you take the money involved into consideration.

Manny Defense is horrible ,it will be Floyd countering constantly with that right hand ,remember people Manny got knock down before he took a nap in the Juan fight.

 

Floyd doesn't fight southpaws out of the shoulder roll nearly as much as usual. He fights out of the high guard mostly when he faces a lefty.

That's not a smart technique for him to use against Pac.

Floyd is better off fighting like he usually fights unless he plans on going to war, and even then, I wouldn't approach a war like that.

Pac will dice Mayweather up easily if Mayweather uses the high guard.

Everybody-including most of the die hard *****s, bought into the whole "Floyd's legs are shot" scenario. That version of Floyd vs Maidana 1 and 2 was a great acting job, and done so that the fight with Pacman will happen at a time such as this.

Roaches whole game plan will be about going toe to toe with Floyd. But Floyd legs are not shot. He sold a tremendous bluff to everybody. Now it looks like it will be a competitive fight. People will buy this fight bigtime. But it wont even be close if Floyd suddenly starts to box and control the distance like he mostly:deal always does.

Pacman needs to treat this fight like it only a 4 round fight, or he will get timed and knocked out ala JMM styles. Pac might just get his wish of wanting to feel Floyds punches. B:deale careful what you wish for Manny.
