    Its the guy who stole the 'Sugar' moniker from Robinson and SRR KO'd him in 1 for it.

    Was it Costner, his name?

    Wow, the bell just rang and I got flattened! Yes Robinson KOd Sugar
    Costner in one rd March 22, 1950.Ray was boiling mad for Costner[who was a hell of a fighter ]for taking the SUGAR nickname .
    Tragic that George Sugar Costner who amongst others beat Kid Gavilan and Ike Williams, soon after lost his eyesight...He could fight !
