In before Floyd didn't fight Garcia, Khan, Thurman, GGG, Ward, Brook, etc. Unless he fights all of those above people will say he ducked. Lol.
Yep, and the *****s KNOW that Manny is 5 years older than he was in 2010, but Floyd had Al Haymon build him a time machine, so he hasn't aged!!!!
It's pathetic how Flomos take some sort of joy out of Mayweather avoiding fighters for years then fighting old versions before saying "I told you he wouldn't duck them". Well duh, when they're only half the fighter it doesn't exactly take the same bravery. Everyone knows what he does, it's only the dickriders who play dumb.
I read it bro, but we know guys who hold and move can last longer and age better in the sport, just look at B-Hop. Explosive guys and pressure guys like Pacquiao and Cotto tend to have a shorter shelf life at the top. At the end of the day, one guy had the power and pull to make the fights whenever he wanted to, and he made them when he wanted to, when his opponents were well on the slide.
He is ducking nobody now, the last one was Pacquiao and he has now ticked that box. Question should be who has he ducked in the past. And thats quite a few dangerous and prime fighters.
Floyd should of fought more often than twice a year, had he of done so, he probably could have faced another 10-15 people in his career, maybe a few undeserving ones in there, but guys like khan, Thurman brook now, and in the past wiliamas, Sergio, marg, tsyzu, would have had a chance to fight and most likely lose to Floyd, and his record would be something like 60-0. there'll be some who'll still accuse him of ducking whatever he does.
Meh, Due to his personality and the fact that he didn't knock people out, it wouldn't have mattered. The only thing that fighting more than twice a year would've done is ensured he'd have been out of the sport sooner. Take a look at Jones Jr who didn't have anywhere near the same success as Floyd, being accused of ducking, fighting bums etc... ten years on, all is forgotten, Jones Jr is now better than Floyd, so on and so forth. So when Lomachenko, or Alvarez, or Golovkin are nearing the end of their careers, they'll have to deal with the same stuff. The nature of people is they become fans of certain fighters and hate others, instead of simply saying "Floyd is just too good for this generation", it's always "Well he never fought x..." It's pretty sad that a week on after Floyd beat yet another supposed "This guy has the perfect style, if he lands his left punch, Floyd will go down" - we're still talking the same bunch of bull****, and we still get people accusing others of being "fanboys" of Floyd. Even if Floyd knocked out Wladimir Klitschko, someone would have something negative to say about it.
