You'll see a Filipino heavy about the same time you see a Samoan strawweight.

    history 101:
the heaviest Filipino champion is Morris East (born Olangopa City, Philippines) at welterweight.

yeah. his father is filipino and mother is italian-american. but that still makes him filipino. less than 10% of filipinos are mestizos. true mexicans (i.e. aztecs, mayans indians) aren't really that big. its the spanish blood in them that makes them huge.

Yes it does make him a Pinoy mix but not a full Pinoy.I was just pointing out that he is big probably because he was/looked mixed.

Seen some heavyweight Thais, so filos shouldnt be to far away.

I think though its going to take a few generations to see some biggers filos start coming out though. As the economic conditions get better then less children will be malnourished.

Some of the filos around my area are pretty huge and most arent small, just average.

Boxer Ceferino Garcia, for being the heaviest Filipino boxer who became a world champion when he knocked out world middleweight champion Fred Apostoli in New York in 1939; and for being inducted into the Ring Magazine Hall of Fame and into the World Boxing Hall of Fame in 1981

was it eligibility infraction or was it because of academic status of marlou? he was allowed to play even though his grades isn't enough for the league's standard.
