I hope so mate. It's what it should be about. We waited a long time to see who's king at 140lbs. Hopefully we will see who is in mid 2011. Otherwise i'd be really disappointed.

Well GBP seem to be exploring many avenue's so i won't hold breath. Just wait and see. Always talk after fights. Remember after Malignaggi it was Katsidis at M.E.N just to stay sharp and that never happened.

 

I think they want Khan to fight someone in April in U.K, then the Bradley-Alexander winner in the summer back in the U.S. But lets see what happens.

 

there are a lot of good posts here. i have some thoughts:

the point that Khan is 5'10 and that Bradley is 5'6 is definitely a factor in this fight. rangy fighters like Khan who fight behind a jab like that make for some of the most effective styles in boxing. it's why guys like Wlad are so hard to outbox and why even an amazing ring general like Leonard couldn't outbox Hearns straight up.

Bradley's also at a speed disvantage.

but Bradley is cagier, more technically sound, and much cuter with his counters. Khan's got a leaky defense and is generally unimaginative with his offense. if Bradley was the same height, i'd pick him without hesitation, but it's obviously not the case.

i don't know who to pick. i'm going to wait until i see Bradley Alexander

 

Bradley has made it clear, Khan is his 3rd Option.... after Mayweather and Pacman...
