We should be more suspicious of Floyd Jr. than Manny Pacquiao.

Poor Floydiot got rattled. Pacquiao won't require any extra drug testing other than what the commission requires. Floyd can submit his blood and urine up to the day of the fight if he wishes but PAC won't need them.

PAC just want to fight. :D

Because he is sure that he is clean after taking PEDS during retirement!

Come to think of it, why all of a sudden he is now the PEDS crusader. He did not do it against JMM (probably he would still be positive for PEDS at that time), yet do it against Pac, an opponent of JMM who mayweather claimed lost to JMM twice?

    Why, O, why?

I wonder if the writer knew that over 40 chinese swimmers have tested positive for Dihydrotestosterone, anabolic steroids, erythropoietin and human growth hormones since 1990.

    China is in Asia right?

Also check out this link about Asians and steriods

    http://www.steroidsrx.com/blog/post...st-allows-asian-athletes-to-use-more-steroids

"Athletes with East Asian ethnic backgrounds can use significant amounts of the anabolic steroid testosterone while avoiding detection by current doping protocols according to a study recently published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine (BJSM). The testosterone: epitestosterone ratio (T:E ratio) test is the standard doping procedure used to screen athletes for testosterone use by several sporting bodies including the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). WADA has established a threshold of 4.0 for T:E ratio as indicative of testosterone administration. Athletes who trigger the threshold are subjected to additional testing (carbon isotope ratio test) to determine if the elevated testosterone ratio can be attributed to synthetic testosterone

A certain type of genetic variation called the UGT2B17 homozygous deletion/deletion genotype gives steroid tested athletes of Asian ethnicity a huge advantage over athletes lacking the genetic variation. Studies have shown that as many as 40% of athletes with UGT2B17 homozygous deletion/deletion genotype can take at least 500 mg of testosterone enanthate and still maintain a 4:1 T:E ratio. Athletes of Asian ethnic backgrounds are most likely to possess the “doping friendly” genotype.

The T:E ratio has long been known to be flawed and largely ineffective by individuals who worked with steroid tested athletes. Underground steroid guru Dan Duchaine first alerted athletes decades ago that some of them could get away with taking small amounts of testosterone even when tested. BALCO mastermind Victor Conte concurred more recently about the ease of beating the steroid testing system. Anti-doping experts such as Charles Yesalis and Don Catlin have also reluctantly acknowledged that this is true."

China is in Asia but they are commie. AND commies really cheat in sports, just like the east germans during the cold war where their weightlifters all look like Swarzenneger and earl james jones voice would be nothing compared to them.

It is a state-sanctioned thing to excel.

    Corrected! :good

Dude PEDs are just a fact of sports. Just like cheating is a fact of high level scholarship. Fraud is a fact of high level business deals. On and on... Never put a man on a pedestal. A healthy dose of doubt/skepticism is good when analyzing anything.

I don't fault any guy for choosing PED's when the choices are retirement/emptiness and continuing your life's work making multi-millions in the process. It is BOXING FANS who must stand up for the higher standards. Especially if they are reasonable.

Manny felt the need to drug test his own people when they were doing the weight loss competition.

Nope. Otherwise we should have an olympic gold medal already.

Politics and sports in PI are entirely different.

Sports in the PI is in tatters. Politics on the other hand has more twist and turn than a mexican tele-novela. In a month, it has more viloence than all the hood violence combined in one year.

Asian pride requires that we fight

, simply because we are relatively small and there is no smaller men to pick on. Now, if we ask that BIGGER man to just go down a pound or two to make the fight more or less even, then that's what we do.

However, we don't ask other men to jump two divisions higher and then cheat. That is like a grade 5 student picking a fight with a grade 2 student, but this time, the grade 5 student also had a knife for insurance purposes or two pounds to be exact.

I don't know what you call that "pride" on fighting smaller man but it is definitely not Filipino pride.

As a caucasion man in the deep south (have been exposed to many biggots and racists, in some instances it's ingrained in the culture) it's disturbing that someone would take such a ignorant perspective and try to mask it as an intelligent position. This is idotic and offensive to those of us who attempt to see people as people, while none of us are perfect, it's sh!t like this that negates any progress that's ever made.
