I'd like to remind everyone that the WBA belt lost all credibility when valuev got the decision over holyfield. from my point of view, valuev is coming into this fight on the back of a loss and if david haye (as much as i like the guy) wants any legitimacy as a heavyweight champion he needs to beat either klitschko. thats not to say the fight itself means nothing, just the title that comes with it
^Awesome avatar squire. I like Valuev, yeah he's not exciting (which is a damn shame) or anything like what I was expecting after first hearing about this undefeated Russian Giant, years ago. But maybe he can show a different side of himself here against Haye. Maybe it's wishful thinking. What the boxing world needs right now is for that WBA belt, regardless of who leaves the ring with it Saturday night, to be put on the line in against the real Champions of the division in the Klitschko's. Maybe then, we'll see the matchups we've been needing to see.
:---( Wow!!! Is there any BOXING FANS left??? or just cheerleaders??? Haye have done jack **** in the division, but delusional poor brits got nothing else left to cheer on, but suck it up to that jackass!!! :---(
Can't say anything better. I'm not really a big fan of Haye but god, please, Valuev must disappear form the heavyweights scene.
:huh"Everybody"?...Some people, but not 100% of people. You're not for starters. Nice Nelly Furtado avatar though:good
Haye will never get the credibility he deservers till he beats Valuev and either or both of the Klits, which for a guy with reletivly no experince in the heavyweight division is a BIG ask, that said i hope he wins against Valuev
