If Manny watched 24/7, there's no chance he will agree to the test. I don't think he'd want to deal with two strange guys hanging out at your house for five hours or even worse - when you're about to leave for Vegas, you have to delay your travel because these two strange guys want to take your blood.

No they won't because it cost to much it really has to made on a case by case basis, if the economics is right (big fights) Team Pac knows that and that is why they are saying it will go with what the commission rules are.
