Weak shoulder ligaments, any reccomended exercises?

    rotator cuff rotations seem to help me.

    Scorpio get in touch with Eric at amedicalmassage.com he is awesome he can advise you on stretching and strengthening he has worked with many fighters am/ pro real knowledgeable he works with Keith Thurman and Edner Cherry on their teams I know him from St pete boxing in florida real good guy

    its good to rotatar cuff excerises but just as important

    get your shoulder muscles stronger

    do isolation excerises for front delt
    side delts
    rear delts
    and shoulder presses

    bodybuilding type isolation stuff is great to do here

    Makes no sense why you'd recommend isolating each of the deltoids for ligament issues...
