    If we're counting those Mickey Mouse regular titles then Manuel Charr. The guy would be lucky not to be KO'd be anyone in the top 20 of his division.

    Trevor Bryan has looked very unimpressive and has beaten nobody. Charr is at least a vet who looked good against Ustinov. Bryan needs to prove himself at least a little bit.

    That was a while back and against a 40 year old never was. There's a decent chance he loses that fight to the much younger unknown quantity IMO.

    Not what I’m arguing. Charr has at least beaten or been competitive with several top 30 guys. Bryan’s career can entirely be defined as the guy who beat BJ Flores.
