In terms of depth. Heaveyweight? Cruiserweight? Middleweight? I'd probably say Middleweight. Cases could be made for LMW and LHW but in my opinion people who say this just underrate these divisions. What about FlyW and SFlyW?
Is this some kind of joke? HW goes from 1 really in shape fighter to his brother who has lost his edge to a bunch of fatasses that are painful on the eyes to watch. I never want to puke or get vertigo when I see a super flyweight take a body shot.
More than half of the rated fighters at HWD are same old names in fact even retired fighters who made a comeback are still rated. :rofl
As much as people aggrandize the weakness of the HW, there are prospects for some exciting fights. I can't say the same about the Cruiserweight division.
Heavy's are terrible...At least there are some good fights at middleweight...A good old heavyweight brawl is a rarity those days...
HW is the worst IMO, the division gets a lot of exposure and its just full of pathetic, out of shape fighters.
To be honest LMW is the weakest, I mean I cannot think of a really good fight at all in that division. However, with HW you can say Haye vs Wlad/Vit, and at MW you can say Pavlik vs King Arthur (although I know he has gone to SMW now, but still...)
WHAT?!?!?!!?!? Paul Williams, Dzinziruk, Danuel Santos, Cintron, Martinez, Angulo, Moore, Julio. Then think Alcine, Foreman, Mora, Martirosyan, Bundrage (his fights are pretty good). Possibly Kirkland. and more.
uhhhh....? 154 is a solid division, especially if margo moves up like he said he would. MW and HW are pretty much garbage. AA's gone, he and pavlik are not gonna be fighting anytime soon.
