I take it you mean the heavyweight division by that.
Heavyweight division isnt one of the worst , its in the middle. Wlad, Vitali, Povetkin, Pulev, Haye, Adamek - 6 top fighters there and some good prospects, theres plenty of good fighters , the problem is the organisations keep making **** mandatory opponents like past it yanks like Rahman, and the top contenders/prospects are not facing each other.

Cruiserweight has had loads of exciting matches lately it isn't weak

HAHAHAHHA    NICE TROLLING :good

It's the weakest division by far!!
gimme the top 15 fighters currently in that division and you'll see there is only 4 good fighters.
Bums like Mabuza, Peterson, Khan , past it Judah, Bailey were recently champions LOOOOL
you got bums like Lundy, Peterson, Postol, Olusegun, past it Judah, Mccloskey, Soto etc currently IN THE TOP 10

    its weak at world level
    its weak at european level
its weak at british domestic level

MAN i just wish they would get rid of the 140 division its terrible

140 has been hot the last half decade or decade, but it's weak as hell right now.

lol in the last half a decade almost every weak world champion has come from 140
Rees, Witter, Kotelnik , Holt, Peterson, Urango, Khan, Torres, ,past it Judah, even a totally past it, fat Erik Morales came out of retirement and won a world title at 140
    it's been weak for years

I know lol I don't follow them divisions at all either, there isn't even a single fighter from europe at straweight, minimumweight and light flyweight so I don't get how they are called world titles, them divisions were just created made for japanese people because of how uniquely small some of them are
There's far too many divisions and world titles in boxing , even as a hardcore fan it's impossible to follow them all

    minimumweight obviously.

Very small amount of fighters in it, because seriously who is that tiny?!
And I seriously doubt there are many fighters in there from the established countries.

Well, HW sorta and SMW (Ward), but I was actually just making a general observation: - for me comparative quality is kinda difficult to judge, but what makes a division exciting is having a lot of depth - a lot of good fighters who are at a competetive level.

Cruiser has a lot of good fights, which kinda illustrates my point that it is competition rather than absolute quality that makes a division interesting. Probably the division would be considered 'stronger' if Haye (and Cunningham etc). hadn't moved up to HW wouldn't it ?

Like I said though, Cruiser suffers the curse of having it's best talent defect upwards, but that does mean that what is left tends to be a lot of guys who are about on par with each other.

I wouldn't say HW is a weak division, it's dominated by an 6,6 ATG HW trained by the late great Manny Steward, nobody can even compete with Wlad. I would say CW is the weakest division, the CW champions don't even seem willing to fight each other.

Flyweight is one of the strongest divisions right now with Viloria, Juan Francisco Estrada, Akira Yaegashi, Hernan Marquez, Edgar Sosa, Toshiyuki Igarashi.. I can go on and on.

HW isn't all that bad, it just looks bad because of how dominant the Klitschkos are and the mishandling of lots of solid HW prospects/contenders.
