who is it? damiani? akinwande? seldon? maskaev? peter? maskaev only defense and that was a handpicked peter okhello in moskow. peter has zero defenses but he beat maskaev so maybe that levels it out.
    thoughts?

Peter did not even make one successful defense.

I would say Ruiz and Peter are the weakest the last 5 years or so.

Unlike the other ''champions'' Rahman was the true champion and faced a far better level of competition. He ain't neart the list.

Valuev and Lyakovich - value has not clearly won any of this biggest fights! they booed him against Ruiz and against Holyfield!

Gotta go with Valuev because at least Liakhovich gave us one of the better heavyweight fights of the last 5 years against Brewster.

Well, Valuev routinely looks shitty against men half his size and, in Holyfields case, twice his age, he moves around the ring like a giant slug, he possesses Maglinaggi-level power, and he was outboxed by a man who should be in a retirement home.

    Bentt is probably the WOAT.

Then again it was only the Warren title, so he ain't really a champ.

Rahman only won one of five title fights, after his win over Lewis he didn't win a fight for 3 years, he has indeed a very strong claim. He is the definition of a one hit wonder who made a career based on one punch. But overall I'd have to say Maskaev was the weakest beltholder in recent years, he had a title defence but it was against an obscure journeyman (Peter would have beaten a guy like Okhello too but he was forced to fight Vitali so that doesn't mean anything) and he won his title against Rahman who is a major joke as a titleholder himself.
