Weakest ring Magazine Champions

    there's been a lot of Belt hoders that were overly weak but who were some of the weakest ring Magazine champs. The one that comes to mind for me is Pascal he was B+ level fighter tops and he was "the man" at 175 for about a minute.

    The Ring is a biased magazine owned by Golden boy, their stupid belts and rankings are irrelevent.

    It's just the equivalent of if Eddie Hearn bought Boxing Monthly and made Boxing Monthly magazine belts and put Tony Bellew in the top 10 P4P list :D
