As with the multiple threats about cherry-picking you may
discuss the main weakly topic here in more details.

    - put your definition first.

    - who is the biggest cherry-picker alive and why

    is the main candidate?

    - the most annoying cherry-picking you have witnessed?

    - who is wrongly accused and why picking

    is the good example?

.... and much, much more to discuss :bbb

Fraud imediatelly comes to mind when someone talks about cherrypicking, hes the guy that when the the other top welters called him out he acted like he didnt listened but when a guy fighting two divisions bellow called him out he took it personal and did whatever he could to make the fight as soon as possible.

What makes Mayweather a cherry-picker? Not fighting guy who have no chance against him Cotto and Margrito?

If no one has a chance , why even fight? Should Mayweather be declared the Champion of Everything Forever because no one has a chance?
Buster Douglas didn't have a chance, nor did Jimmy Braddock, or Paq against De La Hoya.

put your definition first- Cherry Picking..choosing to fight someone who is the least likely to excite the fans (except for nuthuggers) and most likely not to be too much of a challenge.

    - who is the biggest cherry-picker alive and why Floyd is the main candidate? Hard to say who's the worst, but Floyds the loudest, so he is the usual suspect. The same with Roy Jones. When you constantly brag, and overstate your accomplishments ( I won the heavyweight champion ; I'm Superman ; I'm the best of all time) you may be expected to fight Mosely and Margarito, or take on Lennox Lewis after beating Ruiz.

    - the most annoying cherry-picking you have witnessed? Probably Roy Jones , fighting Policemen while there was a potential decent challenge in Europe.

    - who is wrongly accused and why picking Cotto is the good example? Paq has been wrongly accused for reasons I couldn't imagine . Fighting Cotto is no example of cherry picking.

Cherry picking is basically the path of least resistance for the most profit...Marquez is a big name fighter Floyd will gain credit for beating in the grand scheme if things period...who cares that he retired as welter champ and is surrounded by quality welters he wont fight...atleast not yet...let them beat the crap out each other first
