Yay or nay? I have a muscle fatigue problem especially in my shoulders just trying to hold my arms up. Fighting against fatigued muscles makes me gas out even faster. Or should I continue to hit the bag and mitts with 14oz. I recently just started using 14oz gloves and stopped using 12oz so my arms were killing me.

Personally, I use 16's for pretty much everything, so when it comes down to wearing 10's it'll be light as a feather.

I would recommend pull ups. (shoulders)

Relax your shoulders and only tense them at impact, it takes very little to keep your hands up when your shoulders are relaxed. Using heavier gloves will probably just make you muscle your punches in even more instead of being relaxed and snapping them in.

I think this is a bad idea.

    1. ****s up your timing
    2. Builds endurance rather than speed, which is more important
    3. There are other ways to condition yourself

Not really for conditioning, but more for protection of the hands, and also to prevent brain injury

Well of course heavier gloves should be used in sparring to protect the brain. I agree with this. For hand protection its more about wraps and glove quality, but size helps too. These are good reasons to wear them, but if you don't have trouble with your hands I wouldn't advocate them for conditioning drills.
