To be honest both Mike Weaver and Rocky Marciano was getting their azz kick until they landed their BOMB to K.o. their opponents. In doing so they both won the heavyweight championship. But, which was most devastating because both are their champion opponents Tate and Walcott both were knocked out cold, some say John Tate took a hour to come too. I go with Mike Weaver because of the last minute KO in the 15th round and Tate didn't moved at all.

Weaver as at least both fighters were close to prime.

Don't be scaaaaared to vote. You have a better chance a winning the lottery then landing a BOMB and being champion while getting your azz kick.

I was crushed when Tate got KO'd. I don't think I watched boxing for a few years after that. I was like 12 at the time I think.

The Tate Ko was more devastating, when you think about it, Tate was being touted by many as a threat to Holmes, that and the Berbick fight really ended his career.Walcott was near the end of his.
