This weekend was absoultely packed! Huck-Povetkin, Maidana-Alexander, Cleverly-Karpency and more! It was impossible to catch all the action live of course. But two of the three best fights of the weekend ( In my opinion ) were untelevised in the USA! And those were Juan Jose Montes Vs. Oscar Ibarra, 12 rounds in Guadalajara, Mexico, An all out war between two determined mexican warriors, Maybe not a FOTY canidate but Fight of the month at least. Another entertaining bout was Ermano Fegatilli Vs. Antonio De Vitis, 12 rounds in Piemonte, Italy, Fegatilli and De Vitis put up a close and entertaining battle until Round 7 when the fight was stopped due to a De Vitis cut caused by a Headbutt, Fegatilli won a Majority Technical that I thought De Vitis had won myself but it was a very close fight so I will defiantly not oppose it. It was just a competeive all action fight that I myself am going to rewatch since I was watching Huck-Povetkin at the same time when I saw it! The other good fight this weekend Marco Huck Vs. Alexander Povetkin, 12 Rounds in Germany, A close and entertaining bout between Heavyweights, Yes you heard correctly, A HW war, This bout was luckily televised by EPIX in the USA and turned out to be a real show of heart by both men that resulted in a Majority decision win for Povetkin that some thought Huck won, It was close. The best fights are the least notable, I recommend you view all these fights listed, Very good and entertaining all of them. After watching all of them what do u think is fight of the weekend?? I pick Montes-Ibarra, A real show of heart by both, Constant action. Huck-Povetkin second and closely behind Fegatilli-De Vitis at third. :good
