weekly diet plan?

    I'm 15 5'10 and of average weight, I have a bit of skin on my stomach but it isn't fat or flab, its just not toned.

    I'm starting boxing again, but I'm really looking to define my body rather than put on more weight. I would like to define my body so I get more muscle and less fat, but keep my current size.

    I'm only looking for a plan of what to eat and when to maximise the efficiency of the workouts I do.
    I know all the high carbs and protein logic but I want to be given a plan that gives me the food to eat each day of the week.

    I'm going to repeat the meals but mix them up each week
