Groves looks relaxed and super confident to me, Froch looks sort of flat which I can only put down to being nervous, go and look at him before the first fight and now, the attitude and body language is completely different.

I still think Froch will find a way but I think he knows it could well be a very painful night before he gets the win.

To me, Froch looked worried and Groves was more of the relaxed out the two.

They both looked in perfect shape.... GG was defo more pasty and panda eyed at the first fight weigh in... looked more toned this time.

CF as always looked in supreme condition physically.

    George "Ginsters" Groves...

Didn't look pastey to me, well no more pastey than he always does...

Also, I noticed Froch didn't want to make eye contact with Groves for long so he started talking to cover it up.

In my honest opinion, Froch is in a world of trouble.

Groves looked intimidated by Carl's shape. He knows what it means, he's trained for this fight like no other, he couldn't beat him last time, how can he beat this new and improved Froch? He can't.

This is going to be a walk in the park.

To be fair to CF... why would he not be nervous? he got an absolute pasting last time, he has not suddenly developed Ali/SRL footwork... so will no doubt get hit plenty again. GG has not suddenly developed slow hands either.

I think Froch knows it is going to be a painful night regardless of the result..

I am interested to see if the last fight took something from him, you hear many fighters say things like " I was never the same after that fight..." And Carl took a beating in the first fight and nobody can take that kind of abuse forever.

I think he might just have enough left to get a result but the first round will be interesting.

CF will employ Kessler rematch tactics, and try to establish his jab from the off... we know GG has a better faster jab... but its not automatic who will win that battle in R1.... that is the key.

I see the ESB psychoanalysts are out in force, and yet all you experts failed to mention the fact that Groves, a fighter who is big at the weight, was 1 3/4lbs under the limit, and wearing headphones on the scales to try and highlight the fact he was well under, ala Broner pretending to drink soda on the scales.

Groves looked DRY, his skin tone was matt grey, and his shoulder points and cheekbones looked like they were about to tear through the skin.

Is this how you improve stamina and endurance ?

Think I'd rather listen to Jim Watt who thought he looked great than some know-it-all wanker on the internet.

    **** off pal. :good
